Having an insight of the Family Law Courts for the past four years, it was an absolute correct decision of the central government to abolish Legal Aid. Though, this has not prevented legal professionals abusing public funds through other means that allow access to Legal Aid. (ever wondered why there are so many NMO applications containing fake allegations). There are way too many corrupt and dishonest legal professionals. The courts turn a blind eye to deliberate fraud by legal professionals and shoot down Litigants in person, prevent public to publish dishonesty of legal professionals. Are Legal Professionals above the law? (I speak of facts & evidence that include video footage of legal professionals misconduct).

Another area least discussed is legal professionals whom take advantage of vulnerable female clients - sexual predators under the cover of the law and suits.
