Re: Dame Alison Saunders' comments on CPS Barristers: "When prosecuting on our behalf you bring a fresh perspective to a case. We particularly value your courtroom experience and advice on case strategies." Just one question. Does that praise include the CPS Criminal Barristers who have not bothered to look at the main, obvious and incontrovertible evidence on a case which has unnecessarily held a person's feet to the fire for over 12 months.. those highly paid barristers who have no idea about the case they should never have agreed to prosecute in a Criminal Court? Three times, I wrote to this woman. and Nothing! If this brings any expectation of 'justice', we should empty the prisons forthwith and start again, because you can bet that a very large number of people are currently languishing in jail, who shouldn't be. ('Finest justice system in the world', be damned!)
