Comment

Whilst the foregoing explanation might be applicable to a number of 'locked' topics, I don't believe it to be applicable across the board. There have been many reports of concluded proceedings before the SDT where comment has not been permitted. If I'm correct, then there must be other, undisclosed, criteria employed by the LSG to decide what is and what is not open to comment.
