I've said it before and I will probably say it again but: I set up a Hip production business (back in the day) with Oyez. We produced the basic Hip quickly and as competitively as possible (just to get the property on the market). We then asked the seller to instruct their conveyancer. The conveyancer reviewed the basic Hip and whilst the property was being marketed to add any missing documentation and information. Buyer found, Hip passed over to their conveyancer, happy days, fewer enquiries, less stress, and when all the other bits were in place a (usually) quicker exchange. It wasn't perfect, but it was going in the right direction. Now we are back to square one yet again.
