Is this 3 articles on the GPG in 3 days?

Unless there is an equal amount of full time men and women working in each role included in the GPG calculation then the calculation is flawed.

I do not have anywhere near 250 employees and I will continue to be focused on finding the right people for the roles, and not worrying about how it will affect GPG.
