I've already taken action. I've sent FOI requests to the MOJ and MOD asking for a copy of the correspondence which was deployed at the SDT trial but which Mr Philip is refusing to disclose. The requests were made earlier this week and have been posted on the whatdotheyknow website. Other people can make similar requests, if they wish.

So far as the SRA's costs are concerned, anyone can make a request under the SRA's "Transparency Code", asking it to provide details (including a breakdown) of its costs of the prosecution and appeal. Unfortunately, the SRA is not "transparent" and that Code is not worth the paper it is written on.
