I sincerely hope someone will correct me if I’m wrong as I genuinely mean no offence, but my understanding of Sharia law is that it is influenced by a religious belief of justice. Abrahamic religions tend to be patriarchal.

While this is a broad view and possibly completely incorrect understanding, I’m concerned by the bearing of religion in decisions relating to justice, fiscal or otherwise.

If my understanding is wrong I accept it and am very happy to be corrected – As one can tell I have limited knowledge of Sharia law.
