There may be a surge towards this type of practising but solicitors tempted to go down this route should be wary and ask very detailed and searching questions as to the level of back room support, firms internal procedures and potential as the levels of fees. I have been caught out and, I suspect, so have good many others as to lack of transparency regarding this way of earning a living. It's not as appealing as it seems to be.
