out and out dishonesty is one thing but "•Esteddar Macgregor, who failed to report her colleague’s misconduct then briefly acted to ensure this would not be detected" -is this really dishonest? it depends that the misconduct is but this sounds more like misguided loyalty.

also sending emails to buy time. who can honestly say that they have not told their boss that something has been done to avoid trouble, and then frantically run off and done it? should we all be struck off?
