I'm disappointed in the decision, as this is not the black and white situation that it has been made out to be, ie, a person is either 'honest' or 'dishonest'. Ms James acted out of stress and desperation caused by her boss bullying her unmercifully. It's a sad day when compassion for those struggling with mental health issues has flown out the window.
