I agree with so many of the views shared here. I'm sure may be the judge was cringing whilst writing out this judgment as it certainly smells fishy to me!!!! These days nothing is sacred least alone a verdict where the court missed a huge chance to explain mental health issues in the profession... The stress levels of people who may already be unwell, and may well be suffering from an underlying health condition. I sincerely think its time for the Supreme Court to step in.
