I am appalled at the outcome of this. The individual everyone is commenting about suffered in terms of her mental health due to the "alleged" bullying and harrassment she suffered. In the Judgment it refers to three members of management, namely her head of department, the firm's training principle/COLP (also a mental health Tribunal Judge) and the firm's Managing Partner, all of whom have left the firm. Two questions here 1) How could this happen and continue to happen and 2) How can the training principle continue to be a mental health tribunal case?

At what point could those cases be validated and how many injustices have there been?

Trainees put their trust in the firms that they are training with and what does this say about our profession. Clients put their trust in firms like this - what is happening to those clients?

Society puts faith in Judges... need I say more
