Whilst, I'm not seeking to apotheosise Ms James or encourage her martyrdom or sainthood, it feels this judgement has missed the changing tide of society's approach to bullying, mental health etc. If not too cumbersome, I'd include #metoo, BLM and that idiot across the pond within this cocktail of current affairs that appear to see society reflecting on where we are currently at, what we have become and what we want of our communities in the future.

As the author touches on, I wonder if the proposed changes to SDT panel make-up with an increase of non-lawyers, will see a less indoctrinated approach to this type of matter in the future.
