Any employer has an implied legal obligation to provide a safe place of work.

Safety includes safety for your mental health as well as physical ills and risks.

Not to deal with this after a factual complaint could give rise to a whistleblowing claim.

the relevance of that is that compensation is uncapped.

Viz., a primary school teacher awarded £1.6m for whistleblowing at her school.

Admittdly, bullying people can breask them down but if a person decides to get advice, an employer can be caught red handed.

Don't suffer - get advice.

Lawyers, eh?
