Must have changed their culture very recently. Someone that works with me interviewed there a year or so ago and was offered appalling wages and told she would be expected to work weekends and evenings when required. Sounded rather familiar.

Reputation is they come into a town, pay well over the odds to get fee earners in then pay desperate paralegals very little and operate what sound pretty much like boiler rooms. It is a business model I suppose.

And of course have to pay to get work in. All sounds very soulless and sadly how the profession seems to be going.

Some amazing Google reviews though. Pure coincidence that many of them appear to be from estate agents they pay referral fees to and the like!
