Agile, at HMCTS, means asking the users for direction and then implementing a small part of that direction.

Henry Ford knew the problem with this type of Agile. He said: “If I had asked people what they wanted, they would have said faster horses.” Thankfully he followed his vision for a better mode of transport.

HMCTS must take a similar lead on vision and make a difference.

Instead we see a kindergarten school harvesting an orchard and returning to teacher with a few good apples, a few rotten apples and an orchard still full of apples.
