I am a legal adviser at court. If I come in the main entrance I am subjected to the same search procedure as anyone else coming through the those doors. If I come in through the staff entrances, I am not, because I have already been vetted as a government employee and issued with a pass.

I have no objection on being searched when I come back from lunch if I choose to enter the public entrance. I would prefer all those on site to be safe from harm. I would agree that all those coming through our doors should be treated with courtesy and respect.
