I am disgusted by this prosecution by the SRA and the finding by the SDT. I am not religious but like Mark Lewis I have multiple sclerosis and am aware of the impact it can have on one's working life. It seems to me that the SRA are persecuting and discriminating against a solicitor who acted with the utmost professionalism during the phone hacking scandal and dared to stand up for himself against vicious and vile abuse. The SRA should be ashamed of themselves.
