This is more like a daily newspaper statement than a legal website as the reduction simply shows a decrease in litigated cases, unless somebody invetigates why there's been a reduction i.e. insurers settling more pre-issue or claimant's not wishing to litigate due to court fees etc, it's only guess work the reduction is connected to a decrease in PI claims.
