I'm surprised there are so few complaints! I have been waiting for a judgment to be handed down in the Court of Protection 6 months after the hearing ( without the parties being required to attend) and the court staff say the judge wont/hasn't communicated the outcome of his deliberations. Initially, it was a computer glitch but its escalated into judicial malaise. I cannot wait to retire so I no longer have to correspond with the Civil Service ( Courts and Land registry ). Things were a lot better before the www and the computer and I am not kidding! I suppose the 2008 crash might have made a difference though.
