And what of the express wording of Article 50.3, which expressly provides that upon triggering Article 50, we leave the EU after two years, save in one particular circumstance: all parties unanimously agree to extend time.

Many will like this decision, because it facilitates what they want: a reversal of Brexit.

However, irrespective of personal feelings, this is patently bad law. It runs counter to the express wording of Article 50. And in my opinion, it is worrying to see a court being so clearly swayed by the political goal of keeping the UK within the EU.
