Missed a trick here TLS - the fact is that the renoval of legal aid has directly resulted in an increase of Domestic abuse cases in the criminal courts, largely due to fathers being denied access to their children and being unabme to challenge that. Family Solicitors would effect contact, mediation and reason between parties thus avoiding the need for harrasment type situations.
