M'Lady, the applicant would respectfully suppose to suggest to beseech to implore upon the Court that the most learned judge of the learned lower Court erred (respectfully) in law by finding (again, with heartfelt respect) the applicant liable to the respondent and that the grounds upon which the said learned Judge found the applicant liable were - considering all of the evidence which, the humble applicant might add, the learned Judge of the learned lower Court so dutifully detailed within his most eloquent Judgments - not so...something...And it's gone... Reverse yer decision, ey lass?
