Conveyancing in this country has become just a farce and little better than a money making racket - and the right and best (ie honest, decent and qualified) people are definitely NOT the main players these days.

There is no question about it - conveyancing has now become little better than a money making scam for numerous middle men, racketeers and factory operators; and all with the support and approval of the government, the lenders, the SRA and, indeed, The Law Society and others. The CQS scheme? That Is just some kind of rather pathetic and sad joke. Everybody involved in property work knows it!

God help honest, properly equipped and qualified property lawyers - there is very little place in the practice of conveyancing for you!
