Dear Ms Wolfe,

‘White’ people apparently make up 79% of the UK population, so that the Solicitors profession is fully reflective of society.

48% females in the profession is also something to celebrated. Indeed far more females than males are qualifying each year.

It’s simply a matter of time before historical imbalances are evened our as folks progress in the profession.
