I realise that a regulator is not doing their job if they just have a love in with the people they are regulating, but the SRA seems openly hostile.

There is terrific irony that they are blind to their own behaviour that most certainly does not pass the sniff test here (shouldn't they self report?).

The double irony is that I doubt we would ever have known anything about this, but for their duff choice to appeal.
