Ms Popal has not publicly identified the solicitor concerned, however that does not mean to say that she has not identified the solicitor concerned. Out of professional courtesy and in my view quite rightly, the solicitor's name is not being published. I say 'quite rightly' on the basis that the story (if such it be) is about the concept, not the personality.

I am really not certain what benefit you believe would attend on your knowing the solicitor's name.
