Most of the comments on this article are crass and infantile, and that perhaps reflects the industry generally. It's a sad time for all reasonable and professional people doing a respectable job on both sides. Most claimants are not dishonest "scumbags" and not all insurance company directors are evil and scheming to deprive injured people of their compensation. It's no wonder the government are unable to understand the issues and effect this legislation will have with all the nonsense which is spouted. As I say, very sad.
