So explain the term "good old days" are you genuinely trying to tell me the claimant cares about the prognosis period or the physiotherapy, or that the claimant PI handler (or importantly their CEO) cares that the prognosis is correct, cares for the well being of the claimant blah blah blah, its all about money nothing more and nothing less, take the money out and its funny how many firms now even less for their clients.
I'm pretty sure if you're honest with yourself you would know that the "good old days" simply means fleecing the industry for every penny whilst you could and had nothing at all to do with the well being of your client and "fair compensation"
