You're wrong of course. Those of us who are long in the tooth know that in the "good old days" the job of a PI lawyer was doing things right and doing them right by your client. I've handled Claimant & Defendant PI work for over 30 years and at none of the firms that I've worked for have there been any links whatsover (financial or otherwise) with treatment agencies. As Anon (3 January 2019 00:05 GMT) says if we did not have a definitive prognosis we'd wait and see and invariably clients would arrange for treatment through their GP or an interim payment would be made and the client would arrange their own treatment in the private sector.
I know you won't listen but not every PI practicioner is embedded with fraud as you would believe!
