I arrive at my office between 8 and 8.15 and generally leave at about 5.30 -5.45.

I sometimes eat a 'healthy' lunch at my desk. I often go for a walk at lunchtime for some fresh air and exercise.

I don't work weekends. I try not to work in the evening.

I have a summer holiday and a couple of breaks during the year.

I don't earn a fortune. I don't drive a new car.

I am reasonably happy with my work life balance.

I have some other interests and some time to indulge them.

Making lots of money is not my be-all and end-all.

A thank you card from a client makes me happy.

Racing rats does not interest me at all.

I would rather take care of more important things.

Like my health.
