Dear all, many thanks. I just wish I could present much lower up-front fees - in an ideal world this really would be not-for-profit, with some external source behind it, like in the Law Society's Practice Advice Service. As it is though tutors must be incentivised and the remainder goes to running costs, call forwarding, marketing etc. Hopefully a tenner is an affordable one-off, and money well spent. I guess we'll see. Thanks all again.
