Suck it up Mr Mercer. 300 cases settled speaks for itself. 600 to go. Lets see if Mr Mercer repeats the allegation outside of the comfort and privilege of the Houses of Parliament. I doubt it somehow.
It is demonstrably true that there were some mistakes made by Leigh Day. They admitted as much. The SRA undertook there biggest ever investigation. The SDT heard the longest ever disciplinary hearing. The original judgement was appealed. And the outcome was the same namely that Mr Day was not guilty of professional misconduct. Get over it.
