Smart alec human rights lawyers need to temper their zeal with a bit of respect for the brave men and women who risk life and limb to defend us against ruthless terrorists. I am fed up with armchair critics making a fat living out of judging with hindsight the actions of people for whom the price of a mistake can be death. It is time to review the relevant law.
