Mercer hasn’t repeated the accusations in the Daily Mail. He has instead reported what he said under parliamentary privilege, meaning that his comments remain under parliamentary privilege. He has also not referenced the accusations he made about dishonesty and delusion.

If he truly believed what he was saying was true then he would avoid these politicians’ tricks and say it openly. I think Its now time that a footnote should be added to the article above to clarify this.
