Reprimanded and fined £750? The BSB report also has no mention of there being any costs sanction:
"Sentence: A Reprimand and fine of £750
Costs:
Status: Final".

Also appears he may have previous, as a Richard Thomas Keogh also called in November 1991 was the subject of another determination by consent on 15 August 2017, as follows:

"Richard Keogh engaged in conduct which was likely to diminish the trust and confidence which the public places in the profession, contrary to Core Duty 5, in that on about 30 July 2016, Mr Keogh used threatening, abusive or insulting words towards another person with intent to cause that person to believe that violence would be used against them, for which conduct Mr Keogh was on 28 September 2016 convicted at Bath Magistrates Court and sentenced to a fine of £600.
Sentence: reprimand - fine in the sum of £500
Costs:
Status: Final".

Now, just imagine if that had been a solicitor hauled up by the SRA. Agreed outcomes with fines of £500.00 and £750.00 (and no costs)? I think not!
