As a Legal Executive dealing in Conveyancing, I sincerely hope that the comment made at 10.03 was meant as a joke. I have worked in solicitors offices for over thirty years and can state from personal experience that some solicitors are unable to make coffee or tea and cannot find a file even when it is in front of them
