Why bother qualifying? Why shouldn’t anyone call themselves a lawyer.
I say this as someone who qualified as a Legal Executive and then as a solicitor.
Let’s dumb down. We all know, apparently, that everyone can google the law and do what many of us took several years to learn and understand!
