Anon at 16:45, no doctors and nurses do exactly the same job - patient healthcare, but they do it in different ways. Doctors used to have the sole power to prescribe controlled medicines but now we have nurse prescribers.
I’ll accept the Cylon argument for any legal execs who do not need their work signing off by a solicitor. Do you see the point I’m making. When I worked for a bank, my manager could do the same job as me but I could not sign off my own work. This is like junior solicitors demanding equal pay and conditions with partners.
