@ 10.21 - I agree, except we are not talking about those that do not finish the CILEX course. The article is about those very few remaining areas in which qualified Fellows of CILEX, who have passed honours degree level exams in law and practice, as well as having a proven track record of competence in their specialist field (which are requirements to become a Fellow) do not currently have complete parity with Solicitors. The article itself and none of the comments provide any justification for this, and only show the utter prejudice of some Solicitors towards those who were often not fortunate enough to be born into as privileged a background as themselves.
