The scathing judgment of the appellate court provides plenty to bolster the view that the SRA's decisions were irrational. Nobody is suggesting that heads should roll because a prosecution was lost. The suggestion is that heads should roll because of the catastrophic poor decisions that were taken. That's before we get to the relationship/correspondence between the SRA and the MoJ. Being as neutral as possible, that was murky at very best.
