Its a disgrace. How are the worst off in society expected to challenge state decisions in relation to benefits?
Also debt needs resolving at an early stage not when the property becomes at risk. By then its often too late to prevent charging orders, insolvency or repossession.
There should be a duty representative in all county courts who are able to offer duty advice and representation for all matters.
