For sure its a breach of article 6 and blatant discrimination towards men.

Equal rights equals equal abilities - ie inventing airplanes, cars, boats, computers, building houses, putting up scaffolding and repairing all of them, etc etc to name a few. When those can be done we'll talk about it.
