This is a bill that finally empowers men also. For years my wife has been diverting my income from paying bills and buying food to buying cosmetics, dresses, handbags, etc. This often put the monthly finances in a precarious position. I hadnt realised that this is economic abuse and is actionable. Good old Parliament, bless them all.
