I note this is denied as being a hack. Is that supposed to be a better thing? Surely if you were hacked you could blame it on malicious persons / firewall provider etc but this is in effect admitting that all of our systems across a variety of courts aren't up to the job..

Alternatively it was a hack and they aren't admitting it which brings all sorts of data protection issues to the fore now and in future. The irony of a court system being in breach of data protection laws is not lost on me.
