Court jargon & procedures is a great challenge for the layperson & will also put extra workload on a judge who must often explain when something is clearly not understood. The layperson representing themselves in a Whistleblowing/Victimisation case must then try and hold it together whilst challenged by the respondents Barrister & must come face to face with abusers. They must then question the abusers, (with no previous knowledge this would happen) who swear on oath & proceed to lie. The Victimised layperson must then attempt to stay in control whilst the respondents Barrister uses this vunerabilty as opportunity to score extra points. Impossible and Brutal in a system that declares to be 'Just' in this day and age.
