It is imperative that we must immediately:

1. Rename courts 'decidey places', in order not to trigger people;

2. Abandon judicial garb in favour of a Ronald McDonald costume, lest anybody should become unduly fretful;

3. Rename judges 'Ronald', in order to ensure that no court user gets slightly nervous;

4. Tear up the procedural rules. They belong to a more punctilious time, ill-suited to today's Hardworking Man or Woman. We must instead adopt a fluid culture of inclusiveness, in which a litigant will succeed so long as they are able to get the 'vibe' across to the Ronald on the bench;

5. Encourage inclusion by bestowing a knighthood on anybody who comes along to a decidey place, not just High Court Ronalds; and

6. Dissolve the Decidey Place of Appeal and the Supreme Decidey Place. Matters previously destined there will henceforth be decided by the Will of the People, as determined on the Jeremy Kyle Show.
