Yes, sympathy for Emily Scott. She must appeal and produce all these postings in support of her appeal. Although she worked in the firm before she was offered training contract, being a trainee she was vulnerable and was working under pressure from her supervisors. She was carrying out the instructions of the partners, she did not do it out of her own volition. Trainees are easy to manipulate. Did the SRA or the Tribunal consider giving her credit for whistle blowing. She was honest in reporting to the SRA. I agree anon@1434 it will put off whistle blowing in future especially by junior staff.
