A requirement that she undergoes a bit of re-education or a nominal fine - fine …. anyone who has had to put up with bullying in the workplace by people many years their senior and in positions of power will understand that a case like this just encourages bullies to prosper and tell their underlings - don't whisper a word or we will all go down together..
