Principal: "Back-date all these letters will you."

Trainee: "Sure thing, boss."

Principal: "Double-up the charges to this client will you."

Trainee: "Sure thing, boss."

At one point does it completely and absolutely bloody obvious that what you're being asked to do is wrong? Probably around age 5 or 6 I'd think. You cannot excuse someone aged 22 from not knowing right from wrong, you just can't.

I have massive sympathy for the lady because we all know that as a trainee you know nothing, and even after qualifying it takes a few years to know what you're doing. But right from wrong - child's play.
